The Role

Harvey Nash Technology are seeking a Computer Operator to work with one of the biggest names in the UK. The role will include administration and monitoring required ensuring the timely completion of day to day production schedules, as well as diagnosing software and hardware problems on a 24 hour telephony basis. The role acts as 1st line support on all calls received out of Service Desk hours.

Who you will be

You will have previous experience in a Computer Operator role in an IT environment. You will have to be open to working shifts, and take part in being the first line support for out of hour's issues. If you have knowledge of Call management Systems, SAP , Excel and Outlook this will be hugely beneficial to your application.To learn more about the shift pattern and about the role in general please send your CV in the first instance.
